Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef tips
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced mushrooms and onions
Instructions
- Combine beef tips, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and any optional ingredients in the crock pot.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the beef is tender.
- Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
Notes
For a thicker gravy, cook uncovered for the last hour. Searing the beef beforehand enhances flavor.
