  • 1 cup (240 ml) shredded cheddar cheese (113 grams)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream (120 milliliters)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) mayonnaise (120 milliliters)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) grated vegetarian cheese (25 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (2.5 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (0.5 grams)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) breadcrumbs (50 grams)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the yellow squash into thin rounds.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  5. Add the sliced squash to the skillet and cook until tender.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool slightly.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Stir the cooked squash and onion mixture into the cheese mixture.
