- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream (120 milliliters)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) mayonnaise (120 milliliters)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) grated vegetarian cheese (25 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (2.5 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (0.5 grams)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) breadcrumbs (50 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the yellow squash into thin rounds.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Add the sliced squash to the skillet and cook until tender.
- Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool slightly.
