Simple and delicious cheeseburger sliders perfect for gatherings and weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon burger seasoning
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 12 soft dinner rolls
- Butter for brushing
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then mix in burger seasoning.
- Slice the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves, layer with seasoned beef and cheddar cheese, then cap with the top halves of the rolls.
- Brush melted butter over the sliders.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the rolls are golden brown. Serve warm with optional toppings.
Notes
For variety, consider adding fresh minced garlic or chopped onions to the beef for added flavor. Set up a slider bar for guests to customize their own sliders.
