Ingredients
- 3 very ripe large bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (13.25oz) box yellow cake mix
- Chocolate chips or nuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease two bread loaf pans.
- Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Mix the mashed bananas with the eggs until well combined.
- Fold in the dry yellow cake mix until just blended.
- Divide the batter evenly between both greased bread pans.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top if desired.
- Bake in the center of the oven for 25-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
