  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (30g)

  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the grated yellow squash in a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Squeeze out excess moisture from the squash.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained squash and breadcrumbs.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
  7. Crack the egg into the mixture.
  8. Sprinkle in the garlic powder and onion powder.
  9. Add the salt and black pepper to the bowl.
