- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the grated yellow squash in a clean kitchen towel.
- Squeeze out excess moisture from the squash.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained squash and breadcrumbs.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
- Crack the egg into the mixture.
