Ingredients
- 1 Angel food cake or pound cake
- 2 cups Vanilla pudding or whipped cream
- 3 cups Fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, or kiwi)
- Gelatin or fruit preserves (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the angel food cake or pound cake into cubes.
- Layer the cake cubes at the bottom of a large trifle bowl or individual cups.
- Add a layer of vanilla pudding or whipped cream over the cake.
- Add a layer of fresh fruit on top of the pudding.
- Repeat the layers until the bowl is full, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
