A simple and flavorful meatloaf recipe that combines ground beef and Stove Top stuffing, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup (or more if you’d like)
- 1/2 cup water (or a little more if your beef is super lean)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Grease a bread loaf pan well.
- Combine the dry stuffing mix, ground beef, eggs, water, and half of the ketchup in a large bowl.
- Mix thoroughly using your hands, ensuring the mixture is moist but not overly wet.
- Fill the greased loaf pan with the meat mixture, squishing it down evenly.
- Spread the remaining ketchup on top for a glaze.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Allow your meatloaf to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
