Description

A simple and flavorful meatloaf recipe that combines ground beef and Stove Top stuffing, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (or more if you’d like)
  • 1/2 cup water (or a little more if your beef is super lean)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a bread loaf pan well.
  3. Combine the dry stuffing mix, ground beef, eggs, water, and half of the ketchup in a large bowl.
  4. Mix thoroughly using your hands, ensuring the mixture is moist but not overly wet.
  5. Fill the greased loaf pan with the meat mixture, squishing it down evenly.
  6. Spread the remaining ketchup on top for a glaze.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  8. Allow your meatloaf to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
