Description

  • 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup (or more if preferred)
  • 1/2 cup of water (add more if using super-lean beef)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a bread loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry stuffing mix, ground beef, eggs, half of the ketchup, and water. Mix gently to avoid overmixing.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the greased loaf pan, shaping it evenly.
