- 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing (flavor of your choice)
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of ketchup (or more if preferred)
- 1/2 cup of water (add more if using super-lean beef)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a bread loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry stuffing mix, ground beef, eggs, half of the ketchup, and water. Mix gently to avoid overmixing.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased loaf pan, shaping it evenly.
- Top with the remaining ketchup or your choice of sauce.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serve.
