Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your lined baking sheet.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella, whole wheat breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into sticks about 4 inches long and 1 inch wide, and place them on the prepared baking sheet with space between each stick.
