- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup lettuce (chopped)
- 1 medium tomato (diced)
- 1 cup extra cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 cup jalapeño slices (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat if needed.
- Stir in the taco seasoning until fully incorporated, allowing aromas to fill the air.
- Combine cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and shredded cheddar cheese in another pan over low heat to create a creamy cheese sauce. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Warm a low-carb tortilla in the skillet for a few seconds. Place a generous portion of the spicy beef mixture on one half of the tortilla.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the beef, adding sour cream, lettuce, diced tomato, cilantro, and jalapeño slices if desired.
