Description

A quick and easy snack that combines the sweetness of dates with the crunch of nuts and a hint of coconut, perfect for on-the-go snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup nuts (e.g., walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients and pulse for 60 seconds until the mixture is sticky enough to form into balls.
  2. Roll the mixture into approximately 10 balls.
  3. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for up to 5 days.

Notes
