Ingredients
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Place the sliced kielbasa at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the trimmed green beans, halved baby potatoes, diced onion, and minced garlic on top.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes (6-8 hours), or on high for 180-240 minutes (3-4 hours), until the potatoes and green beans are tender.
Notes
Browning the sausage before adding it to the crockpot enhances the flavor. Stir occasionally for even cooking.
