Description

A comforting and simple crockpot dish featuring tender kielbasa, fresh green beans, and hearty baby potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Layer the sliced kielbasa at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the green beans and halved baby potatoes on top.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped onion and minced garlic over the ingredients.
  4. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the chicken broth into the crockpot, coating the ingredients.
  6. Cover the crockpot and set to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider sautéing the onion and garlic before adding them to the crockpot.
