- – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) onion powder
- – Salt and pepper
- – 4 Tbs (57g) vegetable oil, melted
- – 2 1/2 cups (250g) shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In the slow cooker, combine the diced potatoes, chopped onion, Greek yogurt, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, melted vegetable oil, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Secure the lid and let it cook on the low setting for 4 hours.
- Afterward, take off the lid, distribute the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese on top, and replace the cover for approximately 15 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt.
