Description

A hearty and comforting stew made with ground beef, carrots, and potatoes, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef over medium heat in a skillet. Once browned, drain any excess fat.
