Description

A hearty and flavorful cube steak dish slow-cooked to tender perfection in a rich gravy, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cube steak
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season the cube steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the cube steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. In a Crock Pot, combine the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth.
  4. Place the seared cube steak into the Crock Pot and coat with the gravy mixture.
