Description

A delicious and satisfying side dish featuring roasted cauliflower with a crispy texture and delightful seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  6. If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the baking sheet and use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
