Delightful pizza chips made from tortillas, baked to a perfect crisp with gooey cheese and customizable toppings.
Ingredients
- 4 Tortillas (corn or flour)
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce or Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs (basil or oregano)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Cut each tortilla into chip-sized triangles.
- Arrange the tortilla triangles on a prepared baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce over each piece.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Add your favorite toppings evenly across the chips.
- Sprinkle Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and edges of the chips turn golden brown.
Notes
For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet and cool on a rack after baking.
