Description

Delightful pizza chips made from tortillas, baked to a perfect crisp with gooey cheese and customizable toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 Tortillas (corn or flour)
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce or Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs (basil or oregano)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes


Instructions

  1. Cut each tortilla into chip-sized triangles.
  2. Arrange the tortilla triangles on a prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread a layer of pizza sauce over each piece.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Add your favorite toppings evenly across the chips.
  6. Sprinkle Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and edges of the chips turn golden brown.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet and cool on a rack after baking.
