- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden and crispy.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and stir until coated.
