- 1/4 cup (60 ml) all-purpose flour (30 grams)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh parsley (15 grams)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine the squeezed zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and flour.
- Add the minced garlic, egg, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped fresh parsley until evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
