Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the green beans under cold water, then trim the stem ends. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.

- Spread the green beans in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot beans. Toss gently to combine.
- Drizzle with lemon juice if desired and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
To enhance flavors, feel free to adjust spices and try different cheeses. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for optimal crispiness.
