Ingredients
- 1 flatbread
- 4 ounce (113 g) s Brie cheese (about 113 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) dried cranberries (about 30 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sliced almonds (about 20 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey (about 15 milliliters)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil (about 15 milliliters)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt (about 1.5 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (about 0.5 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the flatbread.
- Slice the Brie cheese into thin pieces.
- Arrange the Brie slices evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the dried cranberries over the cheese.
- Add the sliced almonds evenly on top.
- Drizzle honey over the entire flatbread.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
