Ingredients

  • 4 ounce (113 g) s Brie cheese (about 113 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) dried cranberries (about 30 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sliced almonds (about 20 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey (about 15 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil (about 15 milliliters)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt (about 1.5 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (about 0.5 grams)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Slice the Brie cheese into thin pieces.
  5. Arrange the Brie slices evenly over the flatbread.
  6. Sprinkle the dried cranberries over the cheese.
  7. Add the sliced almonds evenly on top.
  8. Drizzle honey over the entire flatbread.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
