Description

Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are a delightful blend of flavor and texture, with a crunchy exterior and a spicy, creamy Bang Bang sauce. Perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha or hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by seasoning the flour with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. In a second bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each piece of salmon into the flour, followed by the beaten egg, and then coat it with the panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the salmon bites to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Serve the crispy salmon bites drizzled with the sauce and garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Use fresh salmon for the best flavor and adjust the level of spiciness in the sauce according to your preference.
