Ingredients
- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cooking spray or olive oil for air frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well to break up lumps.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in diced apples until evenly distributed.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the basket, ensuring space between them.
