Description

Indulge in these creamy steak bites, featuring tender steak enveloped in a rich, creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners or impressing guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef steak (sirloin or flank)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak bites and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Lower the heat, then pour in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
  7. Return the steak bites to the skillet and let them simmer in the creamy sauce for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

For best results, let the steak sit at room temperature before cooking. Adjust seasoning to taste and consider adding crushed red pepper for a kick.
