Description

A simple yet delightful creamy pasta dish made with ground beef and zesty Rotel tomatoes, perfect for busy nights.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a cheese of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
