Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, cooking until browned while seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the Rotel tomatoes and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
