- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or parmesan)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
