Description

Delightful pancakes loaded with chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast or brunch, bringing comfort and joy to your morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk, or pea milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dairy-free)
  • Cooking spray or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease your skillet with cooking spray or coconut oil and preheat it over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk until fully incorporated.
  3. Add milk and vanilla extract into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter into the center of the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until the second side is golden brown.
  6. If the batter seems too thick, add a little more milk to adjust the consistency.

Notes

Allow the batter to rest for a few minutes for extra fluffiness.
