Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper (about 0.5 g)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (about 25 g)
- 1/4 cup celery, diced (about 30 g)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (about 15 ml)
- Lettuce leaves for wrapping (such as Romaine or Bibb lettuce)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
- Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey to the bowl with the chicken mixture.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
- Add the chopped green onions and diced celery to the bowl.
- Pour the lemon juice over the mixture.
- Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves.
