- 1 cup (240 ml) crumbled feta cheese (150 grams)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped green onions (25 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder (1 gram)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground black pepper (1 gram)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the garlic powder and black pepper.
- Mix until the cream cheese is smooth and the spices are evenly incorporated.
- Add the dried cranberries, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped green onions to the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined and evenly distributed.
- Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface of the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, forming a log.
- Repeat steps 5-7 with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
- Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve chilled.
