  • 1 cup (240 ml) dried cranberries (120 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) crumbled feta cheese (150 grams)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped green onions (25 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder (1 gram)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground black pepper (1 gram)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the garlic powder and black pepper.
  2. Mix until the cream cheese is smooth and the spices are evenly incorporated.
  3. Add the dried cranberries, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped green onions to the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and evenly distributed.
  5. Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  6. Spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface of the tortilla.
  7. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, forming a log.
  8. Repeat steps 5-7 with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  9. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  10. Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pinwheels.
