- 1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese
- 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
- 1 (1-ounce) packet dry ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) pepper
- 1 cup (240 ml) half and half
- 1 cup (240 ml) cooked and chopped beef bacon
- 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) s shredded Colb y Jack cheese, divided
- Green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Set your oven to a temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with non-stick spray; place it aside for later use.
- Prepare the bowtie pasta as per package directions until it’s firm to the bite, then drain and keep it aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, dry ranch seasoning, onion powder, and pepper using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the half and half, mixing until fully combined.
- Gently incorporate the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, chopped bacon, and 1 cup of the shredded Colby Jack cheese into the mixture.
- Spoon the pasta mixture into the prepped baking dish, then sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
- Place it uncovered in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until it’s bubbly and heated through.
