Ingredients

  • 12 ounce (340 g) s bowtie pasta uncooked
  • 3 cup (720 ml) s cooked and shredded boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet dry ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) pepper
  • 1 cup (240 ml) half and half
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cooked and chopped beef bacon
  • 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) s shredded Colb y Jack cheese, divided
  • Green onion for garnish


Instructions

  1. Set your oven to a temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with non-stick spray; place it aside for later use.
  2. Prepare the bowtie pasta as per package directions until it’s firm to the bite, then drain and keep it aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, dry ranch seasoning, onion powder, and pepper using an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add the half and half, mixing until fully combined.
  5. Gently incorporate the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, chopped bacon, and 1 cup of the shredded Colby Jack cheese into the mixture.
  6. Spoon the pasta mixture into the prepped baking dish, then sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
