- 1/2 cup (120 ml) (120 milliliters) hummus
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) (120 milliliters) spinach artichoke dip
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) honey
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) whole grain mustard
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) (120 grams) olives
- 2 ounces (57 g) (57 grams) dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (30 grams) fresh herbs such as rosemary and thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the assorted cheeses into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the cheeses on a large board or platter.
- Roll or fold the cured meats and place them around the cheeses.
- Wash and dry the grapes and cherry tomatoes.
- Add the grapes and cherry tomatoes to the board.
