Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian buns
- 1-2 pounds of ground beef
- 1-2 chopped jalapeno peppers
- 6-8 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
- Cheese (like cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- Cowboy butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; mix in chopped jalapeno peppers and cooked bacon.
- Slice the Hawaiian buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Fill each bun with the beef mixture and top with cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- Brush the sliders with melted cowboy butter.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For milder sliders, remove the seeds from the jalapenos. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses for added flavor.
