Description

Delicious cowboy sliders featuring seasoned ground beef, jalapeno peppers, crispy bacon, and melty cheese, all nestled in sweet Hawaiian buns.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian buns
  • 1-2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1-2 chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 6-8 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
  • Cheese (like cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • Cowboy butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; mix in chopped jalapeno peppers and cooked bacon.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Fill each bun with the beef mixture and top with cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  6. Brush the sliders with melted cowboy butter.
  7. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For milder sliders, remove the seeds from the jalapenos. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses for added flavor.
