Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian buns
- 1 pound ground beef

- 2 cups cheese, shredded (cheddar or your favorite type)
- ½ cup cowboy butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and seasoned to taste.
- Slice the Hawaiian buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Layer the bottom halves with a generous amount of cooked beef.
- Add sliced jalapenos, followed by the crispy bacon.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Place the top halves of the buns back on.
- Brush the tops of the buns with cowboy butter using a pastry brush.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the sliders are golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
Notes
Customize the spice level by controlling the number of jalapenos used. Let the sliders sit for a couple of minutes after baking to allow flavors to meld.
