Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water for boiling
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the green beans to the pot and continue to boil until both are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add the drained green beans and potatoes to the skillet with the bacon.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
