Ingredients
- 1 slice sprouted bread or bread of choice
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) almond butter
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mixed berries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) peanut butter
- 1/3 banana
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 hard boiled egg sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) everything bagel seasoning
- 1/4 avocado sliced into
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) red pepper flakes
- Pinch flaky sea salt
- 1-2 ounce (43 g) s smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) thinly sliced red onion
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) capers
- Optional fresh dill sprigs
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) black olive tapenade store bought
- Sliced cucumbers & baby tomatoes
- A pinch of flaky sea salt and black pepper over the top
Instructions
- Warm your slice of bread until it reaches your desired level of crispness.
- Evenly distribute a quarter cup of cottage cheese atop the toast. Note: if you’re using almond or peanut butter, or black olive tapenade, apply them directly onto the bread before adding the cottage cheese.
- Select your preferred toppings, arrange them over the spread, and savor your creation!

- Mash the avocado well to blend smoothly with cottage cheese or other spreads.
- Toast sesame seeds from the seasoning to enhance their nutty flavor.
