Description

A delightful and protein-packed flatbread made with cottage cheese that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, flour, egg, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until a smooth batter forms.
  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet, spreading it into a circle. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden at the edges and set on top.
  4. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
