Ingredients
- 1 cup beef strips (240 ml)
- 3 large eggs

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (15 ml)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (150 g)
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (3 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, egg yolks, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the cottage cheese mixture into the beaten egg whites until just combined.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small rounds.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- While baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
