Description

A crunchy, healthy alternative to traditional chips made from cottage cheese, customizable with various seasonings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) of whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
  • Optional seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.)
  • Optional Parmesan cheese for extra flavor


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese with your choice of seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly across the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the chips turn golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow the chips to cool before breaking them into pieces and serving.

Notes

For added texture, coarsely grate Parmesan cheese or experiment with seasonings like paprika or crushed red pepper flakes.
