Description

A creamy and zesty dip combining cottage cheese, shredded chicken, and buffalo sauce, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dippers (tortilla chips, celery sticks, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped green onions.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
