  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) baking powder (1 gram)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder (1 gram)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) onion powder (1 gram)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt (1 gram)
  • 1/8 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (0.5 gram)
  • 1 large egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly with the cheese mixture.
