Delightful dessert cups that layer creamy cheesecake filling with crunchy chocolate sandwich cookies for a nostalgic treat.
Ingredients
- 8 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 mini chocolate sandwich cookies (for topping)
Instructions
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- In dessert cups, layer the cookie crumbs at the bottom, followed by the cookies & cream cheesecake filling.
- Top with more cookie crumbs and a mini chocolate sandwich cookie.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese. Chill the mixing bowl before whipping cream for better volume.
