Description

Delightful dessert cups that layer creamy cheesecake filling with crunchy chocolate sandwich cookies for a nostalgic treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 mini chocolate sandwich cookies (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  5. In dessert cups, layer the cookie crumbs at the bottom, followed by the cookies & cream cheesecake filling.
  6. Top with more cookie crumbs and a mini chocolate sandwich cookie.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese. Chill the mixing bowl before whipping cream for better volume.
