- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Instructions
- Ensure the blender is clean and ready to use.
- Add ice cubes, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and Oreo cookies to the blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth. If too thick, add more milk to adjust consistency.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a serving glass in a decorative pattern.
- Pour the frappuccino mixture into the glass without disturbing the syrup.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with additional Oreo cookies, either whole or crushed.
