Description
A delightful and easy cold no-bake banana pudding made with layers of Nilla wafers, ripe bananas, and creamy pudding.
Ingredients
- 1 box of Nilla wafers
- 1 (5.1 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 3 cups of milk
- 8 oz of whipped topping
Instructions
- Add the entire package of instant pudding to a mixing bowl.
- Pour in three cups of milk.
- Whisk thoroughly until the pudding and milk combine smoothly.
- Add half the container of whipped topping and mix it well.
- Place a single layer of Nilla wafers at the bottom of your chosen dish.
- Slice the ripe bananas into approximately 1/3 to 1/4-inch pieces and lay half of those slices over the wafers.
- Spoon about half of the pudding mixture over the bananas and spread it evenly.
- Repeat the layering with another layer of Nilla wafers followed by the remaining banana slices and pudding mixture.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and crumbled Nilla wafers for decoration.
- Chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for maximum sweetness. Chill overnight for the best flavor and texture.
