Description

A delightful and easy cold no-bake banana pudding made with layers of Nilla wafers, ripe bananas, and creamy pudding.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Nilla wafers
  • 1 (5.1 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding
  • 3-4 ripe bananas
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 8 oz of whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Add the entire package of instant pudding to a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour in three cups of milk.
  3. Whisk thoroughly until the pudding and milk combine smoothly.
  4. Add half the container of whipped topping and mix it well.
  5. Place a single layer of Nilla wafers at the bottom of your chosen dish.
  6. Slice the ripe bananas into approximately 1/3 to 1/4-inch pieces and lay half of those slices over the wafers.
  7. Spoon about half of the pudding mixture over the bananas and spread it evenly.
  8. Repeat the layering with another layer of Nilla wafers followed by the remaining banana slices and pudding mixture.
  9. Top with the remaining whipped topping and crumbled Nilla wafers for decoration.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for maximum sweetness. Chill overnight for the best flavor and texture.
