- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is sticky and cohesive.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the coconut balls for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each chilled coconut ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated, then return them to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate again until the chocolate sets.
