Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is sticky and cohesive.
  2. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate the coconut balls for at least 30 minutes to set.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled coconut ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated, then return them to the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate again until the chocolate sets.
