Ingredients

  • Cheddar cheese, 8 oz (227 g)
  • Gouda cheese, 8 oz (227 g)
  • Beef salami, 8 oz (227 g)
  • Turkey breast slices, 8 oz (227 g)
  • Roast beef slices, 8 oz (227 g)
  • Seedless grapes, 1 cup (150 g)
  • Dried apricots, 1 cup (150 g)
  • Almonds, 1 cup (140 g)
  • Walnuts, 1 cup (120 g)
  • Olives, 1 cup (150 g)
  • Assorted crackers, 10 oz (280 g)
  • Breadsticks, 8 oz (227 g)
  • Honey, 1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Fig jam, 1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Fresh rosemary, 1 sprig


Instructions

  1. Cut the cheddar cheese into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Slice the gouda cheese into thin, even slices.
  3. Slice the beef salami into thin rounds.
  4. Roll the turkey breast slices and roast beef slices into small rolls.
  5. Rinse the seedless grapes thoroughly and pat them dry.
  6. Arrange the cheddar cubes and gouda slices on a large serving board.
  7. Place the salami rounds and rolled turkey and roast beef slices beside the cheeses.
  8. Add the seedless grapes and dried apricots to the board.
  9. Arrange the almonds and walnuts in small clusters on the board.
  10. Place the olives in a small bowl and set it on the board.
  11. Arrange the assorted crackers and breadsticks around the edges of the board.
  12. Pour the honey and fig jam into separate small bowls.
  13. Place the bowls of honey and fig jam on the board.
  14. Garnish the board with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
  15. Ensure all items are evenly spaced and easily accessible for serving.
