- Breadsticks, 8 oz (227 g)
- Honey, 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Fig jam, 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Fresh rosemary, 1 sprig
Instructions
- Cut the cheddar cheese into bite-sized cubes.
- Slice the gouda cheese into thin, even slices.
- Slice the beef salami into thin rounds.
- Roll the turkey breast slices and roast beef slices into small rolls.
- Rinse the seedless grapes thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Arrange the cheddar cubes and gouda slices on a large serving board.
- Place the salami rounds and rolled turkey and roast beef slices beside the cheeses.
- Add the seedless grapes and dried apricots to the board.
- Arrange the almonds and walnuts in small clusters on the board.
- Place the olives in a small bowl and set it on the board.
- Arrange the assorted crackers and breadsticks around the edges of the board.
- Pour the honey and fig jam into separate small bowls.
- Place the bowls of honey and fig jam on the board.
- Garnish the board with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
