Description

Delightful cinnamon sugar blondies that combine brown sugar and cinnamon for a warm, gooey treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  3. Mix the melted butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until well combined.
  4. Add in the egg and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
  5. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
