Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar for topping

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, and eggs until fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle it evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
