Description

These Mini Caprese Salad Cups are a festive and refreshing appetizer featuring cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze or vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls, and chop the fresh basil leaves.
  2. Layer the halved cherry tomatoes at the bottom of each serving cup.
  3. Add the mozzarella balls on top of the tomatoes and sprinkle chopped basil over them.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze or vinaigrette over each cup.
  5. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Arrange the cups on a platter and serve immediately.
