Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze or vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls, and chop the fresh basil leaves.
- Layer the halved cherry tomatoes at the bottom of each serving cup.
- Add the mozzarella balls on top of the tomatoes and sprinkle chopped basil over them.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze or vinaigrette over each cup.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Arrange the cups on a platter and serve immediately.
